Short-run Injection Molding
Swift Plastics builds top-quality, short-run injection molding and parts of QC7 aluminum with tools that can run up to 250,000 shots. Parts can be shipped as quickly as two weeks, and our rapid injection molding process can mold any plastic resin and any surface finish.

Fast Track Tooling
Our Fast Track Tooling offers you prototype molds with a rapid turn around. Our Fast Track Tooling uses 5x8 and 7x13 mud inserts. If your part fits into an insert of this size, Fast Track Tooling is a great option for your prototype molds and plastic prototype parts. Swift Plastics can also build stand-alone mold bases if your part does not fit one of the standard insert sizes.

With Fast Track Tooling, you get your prototype mold as quickly as 48 hours, depending on your part size. Once you submit your design, our rapid injection molding designers will take your part file and lay in parting lines, and our CAD operators will be cutting your tool before the day is over.
